Examination Of Application And Report Of Thematic Committee
If, upon examining the application submitted by the registrar pursuant to Rule 6 and considering as to whether the educational qualification certificate or
other degree is a recognized one or not and is related with the subject or not, the thematic committee considers it appropriate to register the name of such applicant and issue the certificate of registration, it has to submit a report
along with necessary recommendation to the Council within Three months.
